2How many postcodes can I subscribe to?
You can subscribe to as many postcodes as you'd like.
3What if I can't find the postcode I'm interested in?
If you can't find the desired postcode, please inform us, and we will add it for you.
4Can I change to a different postcode after subscribing?
Yes, you can. Reach out to us, and we will be happy to assist you with the change.
5Is there a contract?
No, there is no contract. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Please note that payments made for subscriptions or renewals are non-refundable.
6How do I sign up?
To sign up, select the "sign in" option at the top right corner of the page, and then scroll down to choose a subscription plan.
7When can I expect portal updates with a new list?
We update the portal weekly and a new updated list will be available every Monday morning.

1How long can I hold the information you share?
Due to data restrictions you are allowed to hold the information for up to 30 days.
2Where do the leads come from?
Our team tirelessly searches for leads using multiple online resources to provide you with the best results.
3How current is the data?
The data is updated and sourced weekly.
4What information do you provide and in what file format?
We deliver an Excel file containing the withdrawn listing address, owner's name, phone number, and email (when available). We also share things like days on market and the last brokerage.
5Is there a guarantee that every lead is a withdrawn lead looking to sell again?
No, we cannot guarantee this, as our sources rely on information from real estate agents and brokerages. Accuracy may vary, and not all data may be updated properly. We include every listing active on the market for 30 days or more that has been withdrawn.
